PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fill a polymer in a capillary column in a good yield. SOLUTION: Capillary column ends 2b are neatly arranged, a filler 12 is applied to the surfaces of capillary columns 2 in a prescribed position from the capillary column ends 2b (A). The capillary column ends 2b are bundled and inserted to a thermally contracting tube 10 to put the thermally contracting tube 10 in the position where the filler 12 is applied (B). The thermally contracting tube 10 is heated and contracted (C). The capillary columns 2 are mutually closely adhered and airtightly bundled in a cylindrical form with the clearance being filled with the filler 12. The clearance between the capillary columns 2, 2 and the clearance between the thermally contacting tube 10 and the capillary column 2 in the thermally contracting tube 10 are sealed by the filler 12, and one end side of the thermally contracting tube 10 is not continued to the other end side except the inner part of the capillary column 2. |
