PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color display part partially colored with an arbitrary color in a backlight type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A red color filter film 7, a green color filter film 8 and a blue color filter film 9 are formed side by side on the respective color display parts C1, C2, C3 of the rear transparent substrate 3 out of two transparent substrates 2, 3 in a liquid crystal display device 1 and at the same time, a light shielding film 10 is formed to cover a full surface of, or the major part of, at least one color tiger film of the three color filter films with it. |
