An eco-friendly balcony of an apartment house is provided to manufacture easily with simple structure by installing a drain passage to the inside of flooring materials and connecting the drain passage to a flower bed. An eco-friendly balcony(100) of an apartment house comprises: flooring materials(20) composed of a support provided with a drain passage and a flower bed(10), a drain trap put on the top of the support to drain off the water discharged from the flower bed to the drain passage of the support and floor polymer put on the top of the drain trap and made with eco-friendly materials to drain off the water flowing in the balcony quickly; movable floor finishing materials(30) hinged on one end of the flooring materials to be put on the top of the flooring materials at need and to make a user take rest on; and a fastener(50) installed on a wall(40) of the balcony to hold up the movable floor finishing materials if the movable floor finishing materials are located vertically. |
