An on-vehicle receiving device for promoting distortion reduction, improvement of receive sensitivity, and power-saving effect is provided to increase the receive sensitivity if a C/N(Carrier to Noise) ratio is between the first and second predetermined values, and to prevent deterioration of the C/N ratio if the ratio is less than the first predetermined value as reducing power consumption, then to decrease power consumption as maintaining a large C/N ratio even when the ratio is more than the second predetermined value. The first LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(22) and the first receiving processor(27) are connected by the first cable(26). A bypass circuit(23) for detouring the first LNA(22) is installed in the first LNA(22), so that intensity of a terrestrial digital broadcasting signal is more than a predetermined value. When a C/N ratio is more than the first predetermined value and less than the second predetermined value higher than the first predetermined value, the terrestrial digital broadcasting signal is delivered to the first cable(26) via the first LNA(22). If the C/N ratio is less than the first predetermined value or more than the second predetermined value, the terrestrial digital broadcasting signal is delivered to the first cable(26) via the bypass circuit(23) without being inputted to the first LNA(22). |
