A display device, a thin film transistor substrate, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance the adhesive force between a reflective film and an amorphous film, thereby reducing the contact resistance, by forming the amorphous silicon film between the reflective film and a transparent electrode. A thin film transistor substrate comprises a substrate, a transparent electrode(192) formed on the substrate, and a reflective electrode(194) formed on the transparent electrode. The reflective electrode includes an amorphous silicon lower film(194p) and a metal upper film(194q). The metal upper film contains aluminum, silver, chromium, aluminum alloy, chromium alloy, or chromium alloy. The metal upper film has a single-layered structure. |
