A progressive type game system having an awarding foreshadowing function is provided to make game machine users recognize approach of awarding time through a mobile of each game machine in case that progressive award is approached. It is determined whether a game server receives foreshadowing data or not. In case that the game server receives the foreshadowing data, fixed video data and sound are output, and a lamp is turned on by a foreshadowing lighting tool at the same time.
