IMPROVED METHOD, AUTHENTICATION MEDIUM AND DEVICE FOR SECURING ACCESS TO A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT

Equipment access securing method involves obtaining a biometric signature of an access requester during each request. An encrypted version of an authentic biometric signature of a person allowed to access equipment (EQP) is elaborated. The version provided as a reference data to an authentication medium is decrypted using a secret key. The requester signature is secretly compared with the decrypted signature to verify authenticity of the requester signature. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device of securing an access to equipment and having an authentication medium.
