A device for opening/closing an exhaust door of a projector is provided to improve the exhaust structure of the projector to enhance the heat-radiating efficiency and performance of the projector. A device for opening/closing an exhaust door of a projector includes a case, a frame unit(200), a door unit(300), and a driving unit(400). The case houses a light source, an optical system and a projection lens unit and includes a heat-radiating exhaust port(101). The frame unit is set in the case and located around the exhaust port. The door unit is set in the frame unit for opening/closing the exhaust port. The door unit is horizontally moved. The driving unit is located inside the case and moves the door unit.
