A transferring apparatus of a steel pipe is provided to expand a setting rage of transferring speed and resin coating width of the steel pipe by expanding a regulating range of an inclination angle of a roller. In a transferring apparatus of a steel pipe, an interval regulating bar(41) is installed in a longitudinal direction of a frame(10) between first and second rollers(21a,21b). An interval regulating driving device(40) is installed at the frame to progress and regress the interval regulating bar in the longitudinal direction of the frame. First and second interval regulating plates(43a,43b) connect a plurality of first and second roller supporters(20a,20b). First and second arms(44a,44b) connect the interval regulating bar to the first and the second interval regulating plates. First and second guide devices guide the first and second interval plates to move in an interval regulating direction of the roller.
