GROOVING TYPE BUTTERFLY VALVE AND VALVE BODY PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

A grooving type butterfly valve and a valve body production method thereof are provided to perfectly maintain sealing of the valve by making a disk doubly eccentric to a valve body. In a grooving type butterfly valve, a first valve body(10) has a first groove unit(11) at the outer peripheral surface of one end portion, a liquid path(12) to flow a liquid from one side to the other side, and a valve axis connecting unit formed perpendicularly to the liquid path. A second valve body(20) has a second groove unit at the outer peripheral surface of the other end portion and one end thereof is screw-connected with the other end of the first valve body. A rubber seating(30) is interposed between the first and the second valve bodies. A disk(40) opens and closes the liquid path of the first valve body. A valve axis(50) rotates the disk inside the liquid path of the first valve body.
