<p>Photosensitive composition containing coloring agent is provided to fabricate black matrix and/or colored layer having high adhesiveness and quality and be employed in manufacturing color filter and/or liquid crystal products by comprising adhesiveness enhancer with nitrogen-contained groups as well as photo-polymerizing compound, photo-initiator and the coloring agent. The composition includes (a) coloring agent, (b) photo-polymerizing compound, (c) photo-initiator and (d) adhesiveness enhancer, wherein the adhesiveness enhancer is silane compound having nitrogen-contained group with below one hydrogen bonded to the nitrogen fraction. The adhesiveness enhancer contains at least one selected from secondary or tertiary amine based silane compound, ketimine based silane compound and isocyanate based silane compound. The amine based silane compound is represented by formula(3), wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen or organic group (provided that at least one of R1 and R2 is organic group), R3, R4 and R5 are independently alkoxy group having carbon atoms ranging from 1 to 6 or organic group (provided that at least one of R3, R4 and R5 is alkoxy group), and n is integer from 1 to 6.</p> |
