A door locking apparatus for a driving seat of a bus is provided to prevent the accident from occurring by troubles between the driver and the passenger according to the formation of the door and the interlocking unit interlocking with the latch. A door locking apparatus for a driving seat of a bus is composed of an outer handle(10) formed with a rotary piece(13) projected to one end and a restoring spring(14) hung at the rotary piece to hold a lock(12) where a key is inserted; a rotary device(20) formed with a groove unit(21) of one side end where a rear end projection(15) of the lock is fitted and a rotary projection(22) placed at the other end is formed; a recessed hemisphere-shaped cover(30) having a through-hole(31) and a flange unit(32) inserted at a frame(F) of the door; a washer(40) fitted at the rotary device; a pad(41) attached in the door; an interlocking unit for interlocking the latch by a latch(60) locking the door, a bracket(70) covering the latch, an inner handle(80), and the outer handle; the inner handle having the operating piece and a symmetrical knob(82); and a door combined at the frame to be opened and closed.
