摘要 An organic electro luminescence display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the number of mask processes by forming a first electrode and a buffer layer by using one mask. In an organic electro luminescence display device, a first substrate(100) is defined by a plurality of sub pixels. A first electrode(110) is formed at the lower portion of the first substrate(100). A buffer layer(115) is formed at the outside region dividing each sub pixel at the lower portion of the first electrode(110), and has a trench exposing a part of the first electrode(110). An auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode(110) by the trench. A partition(145) is formed at the lower portion of the auxiliary electrode. A spacer(155) is located at the lower portion of the buffer layer(115) to be separated from the trench. An organic luminescence layer(120) is located at the lower portion of the first electrode(110) including the spacer(155) in the area divided by the auxiliary electrode and the partition(145). A second electrode(130) is formed at the lower portion of the organic luminescence layer(120). A second substrate(200) has a thin film transistor(Tr) electrically connected to the second electrode(130).
