An educational toy having a memory management function is provided to effectively manage storage capacity of a memory by selectively eliminating stored information. A storage unit(160) stores storage object information and additional information corresponding to the storage object information. The storage object includes at least one of information image data and message data. The additional information includes one or more voice data or one or more smell characteristic data. An image acquisition unit(111) photographs a subject and generates image data. A control unit(170) stores the image data of the image acquisition unit as the storage object information of the storage unit and performs a predetermined operation corresponding to the type of errors by determining the type of storage errors generated during the storing process. |
