[PROBLEMS] To provide an inspection device capable of easily and automatically judging the function of an operation button of a device such as a mobile telephone. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The inspection device includes an adapter unit (2) for setting a mobile telephone (1), a camera (4) for imaging an LCD panel (3) as a display unit of the mobile telephone (1) so as to obtain an image, a plunger unit (7) having a plurality of releases (6) for pressing one of the key buttons (5) of the mobile telephone (1), a computer (8) for judging operation of the plunger unit (7) and enabled/disabled display content of the LCD panel (3), and a display monitor (9) for displaying an image of the LCD panel (3) and an image based on a signal from the computer (8). A still image, a moving picture image, and an audio output obtained by pressing of the key buttons (5) by the releases (6) are compared to a predetermined expected image and expected audio so as to judge the function of the mobile telephone (1).
