An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag, and a system and a method for buying a service using the same are provided to increase convenience for buying service goods such as contents and secure reliability by offering content information, right information, and purchase information from the RFID tag. The RFID tag includes a transmitting/receiving part(510,540), a storing part(530) storing service purchase information, and a tag controller(520) transmitting the service purchase information stored in the storing part through the transmitting/receiving part by responding to a service purchase information request signal received from an RFID reader. The service purchase information includes the information for representing service property, a service right, a payment mode, and authentication information securing validity of the service purchase information.
