A photo mask for manufacturing an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display is provided to apply a patterning process to a frame part, a non-active area, and a central part, an active area, through an exposure and a development at once. In a photo mask(10) for manufacturing an OLED display, a light shield unit(210) includes a frame part and a mesh or stripe type central pattern in a transparent substrate(200), wherein the central pattern connected with the frame part consists of a plurality of first rows arranged with a certain gap and crossing an opposite side to the frame part and a plurality of second rows arranged with a certain gap and crossing the first rows. |
