A packer unit of a soil nailing apparatus is provided to simplify the assembly between the pipe and the packer by arranging the soft packing between the packer pipe and the first fixing device. A packer unit of a soil nailing apparatus is composed of a soil nailing packer(30) mounted to close up the inlet part which is the perforating hole of the ground at a pipe(10a) when the reinforcement is the pipe; and an impurities-removing pipe(24) installed to take out the air or impurities caused by the cement grout injected at the perforated hole under the packer. The impurities-removing pipe is withdrawn from the rear end of the outer side of the pipe to the outside of the pipe under the packer through the inner part. The packet is mounted with first and second fixing devices(41,42) at the upper and lower ends of the packer to be easily assembled and disassembled at a predetermined position of the pipe.
