WOOD CRUSHER

摘要

A wood crusher transferable in a mountain area is provided to quickly draw out the waste wood from a crushing unit although overload is applied on the crushing unit by the waste wood by forcibly sending the waste wood in the longitudinal direction by controlling flow of hydraulic pressure. The wood crusher(100) transferable in a mountain area is composed of a base frame(110); a hydraulic unit(120) installed at the base frame to store and make hydraulic pressure in or out; an input hopper(130) mounted on the base frame at the side of the hydraulic unit to receive the waste wood; a crushing disc(131) rotatably installed in the input hopper and equipped with a blade crushing the waste wood; a discharge pipe(140) installed at the input hopper to discharge the crushed waste wood; an infeed roller(180) installed at the input hopper and operated by a hydraulic motor(183) to insert or draw out the waste wood into/from the input hopper; and a switch valve(150) connected to the hydraulic motor to supply hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic unit. A switching body is slidably inserted into the switch valve to switch a passage of the switch valve. The switch valve comprises supply and discharge ports connected to the hydraulic unit; first and second connecting ports connected to the hydraulic motor; first and second supply passages branched off from the supply port to the switching body and formed between the supply port and the switching body; and first, second, and third discharge passages gathered up from the switching body to the discharge port between the switching body and the discharge port. The switching body has first, second, and third passages interlockingly connected to one of the first and second supply passages and the first, second, and third discharge passages to control the direction of hydraulic pressure supplied to the hydraulic motor by supplying or exhausting the hydraulic pressure into/from the first and second connecting ports.
