Provided is an implant abutment structure by using an air discharge hole for discharging compressed air outwardly, thereby preventing an abutment from being escaped from an artificial tooth root in a case of using for a long time. An artificial tooth root(100) is implanted into an alveolar bone(1). An abutment(200) is engaged to the artificial tooth root in a locking taper method. An air discharge hole(240) is formed on an inner portion of the abutment in a longitudinal direction for discharging compressed air, which is generated when the abutment is engaged to the artificial tooth root in a locking taper mode, from the artificial tooth root outwardly.
