Provided is a device for disembowelling squid by using a guide, a cutting unit, and a dropping plate, thereby precisely disembowelling the squid from an entrance of the squid's mantle to the squid's head. A guide(20) is arrange in such a way that an upper portion is wide while a lower portion is narrow, and guides a squid in such a way that the squid transferred in a state of leading a squid's arm(2A) is contracted in a rectangular shape. A cutting unit(30) is installed on a lower portion of the guide for disembowelling a squid's mantle in a direction of a squid's head. A dropping plate(10) is installed on the lower portion of the guide for dropping the squid in such a way that the upper portion and lower portion of the squid are contracted in a rectangular shape.
