Provided is a snail capturing apparatus to help a fish rearer easily and selectively remove or capture unnecessary snails grown in an aquarium, without hurting little fish or fry. The snail capturing apparatus comprises: an inner plate(120) which is closely adhered to the inner wall surface of an aquarium, and consists of a first magnet(100) and a coating film(110) made of waterproof materials for covering outside of the first magnet(100); a capturing box(140) having a water receiving portion(150) and water discharge holes(160), part of the edge of the water receiving portion(150) being adhered to the inner wall of the aquarium; an externally operated unit(190) which has a second magnet(130) for generating magnetic attraction to the first magnet(100) and manipulates the motion of the inner plate(120).
