A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent quality degradation of an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) by flowing current corresponding to an input image signal to the OLED even if the threshold voltage of a driving transistor is transited. A display device includes plural pixels comprising plural light emitting elements; a lookup table(610) independently memorizing plural correction reference data(f) by at least three basic colors; a timer(630) generating driving accumulation time(Td) by accumulating the emission time of the light emitting elements; a signal converting unit(620) for generating a correction image signal on the basis of an input image signal, the driving accumulation time output from the timer, and correction reference data sent from the lookup table; and a data driving unit generating data voltage corresponding to the correction image signal sent from the signal converting unit and supplying the data voltage to the pixels.
