DOOR MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DRUM TYPE WASHER

A door manufacturing method of a drum-type washing machine is provided to improve appearance of a door by mounting a metallic hairline sheet on the front side of a door frame, and to prevent the hairline sheet from being corroded by removing various fine chips and powder from the surface of the hairline sheet. In a door manufacturing method of a drum-type washing machine, a door(50) is rotatively installed on the front side of the drum-type washing machine to open/close the laundry entrance, and a hairline sheet(70) formed with annular hairlines(H) scratched on the surface and mounted on the front side of the door after cleaning through ultrasonic waves. The door manufacturing method comprises the steps of: manufacturing an annular hairline sheet from a metallic plate; scratching annular hairlines on the surface of the hairline sheet by an abrasive; cleaning the scratched surface by ultrasonic vibration after soaking the hairline sheet in hot water of a cleaning tub; and mounting the cleaned hairline sheet on the front side of a door frame(52) of the door.
