A tension device for stretching a tension member placed on the inside of a concrete structure from the surface of the concrete structure is provided to extend the application range of a new reinforcement structure by applying a new reinforcement structure easily even if the end of a concrete structure like a concrete girder of a bridge is limited in space and to stretch a tension member on the surface of a concrete structure even if the tension member is located on the inside of the concrete surface. A tension device(10) for stretching a tension member placed on the inside of a concrete structure contains a base(12) fixed to the target surface of reinforcement(110) above a concave groove(101) of a concrete beam(100) using fixing members such as fixing anchors(14) and provided with an opening(16) to move a connecting member which connects a moving member and a clamping member, a moving member(22) installed on the base to move parallel to a tension member(102) inserted to the concave groove of the concrete beam, a shaft member(40) installed to one side of the moving member and moved freely via a through hole(61) of a finish plate(60) formed perpendicular to the tension member on the upper part of the base, a clamping member connected with the moving member using the connecting member and located to the end of the concave groove of the concrete beam to be connected strongly to the end of the tension member inserted to the concave groove, a pressure member(30) fixed to a support plate(62) which faces with the finish plate on the upper part of the base and pressurizing the moving member in the direction of an arrow, and a position fixing member(50) composed of a nut to couple with a screw thread formed on the surface of the shaft member to fix the location of the moving member.
