A cross sliding type personal portable device is provided to make three parts of a body perform sliding movement respectively in a vertical direction among one another, and to prevent the three parts from performing the sliding movement concurrently such that it can assure mechanical reliability and usage convenience. A cross sliding type personal portable device comprises a main part(210), the first sliding part(220), the first hinge, the second sliding part(230), and the second hinge. The main part(210) includes a fixing part which is protruded externally. The first sliding part(220) slides along the first direction on the main part(210), offers a space, and includes a holding unit which opens in the second direction crossing the first direction. The first hinge, positioned between the main part(210) and the first sliding part, guides movement of the first sliding part(220). The second sliding part(230) is installed such that it can slide in the second direction on the first sliding part(220). The second hinge, positioned between the first sliding part(220) and the second sliding part(230), guides movement of the second sliding part(230). The fixing part of the main part(210) partially intercepts the movement of the second sliding part in the second direction, and the second sliding part slides in the second direction only along a preset range.
