A device for supplying lubrication oil for a reciprocating compressor is provided to form a lubrication oil assembly with a lubrication oil cover and a lubrication oil valve, thereby preventing oil lack in advance and smoothly supplying lubrication oil between a cylinder and a piston for improving reliability of the compressor. A device for supplying lubrication oil for a reciprocating compressor includes a frame(110), a lubrication oil cover(121), and a lubrication oil valve(122). The frame is formed with an oil suction hole(111) for inhaling lubrication oil from a casing, an oil pumping hole(112) connected to the oil suction hole for pumping the lubrication oil, and an oil supply path(113) for guiding the pumped oil between a cylinder and a piston. The cover has oil connection grooves(121a,121b) for connecting the oil suction hole to the oil pumping hole and connecting the oil pumping hole to the oil supply path. The valve is interposed between the frame and the cover has a suction opening/closing part(122a) for opening/closing the oil pumping hole and a discharge opening/closing part(122b) for opening/closing the oil connection groove.
