<p>There is disclosed a technique for reducing the delay which may occur in the conventional FMIP (high-speed handover technique) and reducing the packet loss. When NAR (access router connected to a mobile terminal (MN) (10) after handover) (31) receives an FBAck message from PAR (access router connected to the MN before handover) (21) by the technique (step S113), the NAR temporarily stores the FBAck message (step S119). Upon reception of an FNA message containing an FBU message from the MN (step S121), the FBAck message stored in step S119 is referenced and the FBU message in the FNA message is correlated (step S125). If a corresponding FBAck message exists, a packet destined to the MN which is buffered is transmitted to the MN (step S127).</p> |
