A method for operating an Internet shopping mall and a community, interactive Internet broadcasting of each level, and a database thereof are provided to reduce repeated questions, and enable the shopping mall to increase sales and a purchase rate, and decrease a return rate by databasing the frequent questions and scheduling the broadcasting based on the level of the frequent questions. The community and the shopping mall perform the interactive broadcasting by making multiple channels for questioners. A database is constructed based on the questions received from a bulletin board and a telephone needed for members. The members communicate with other members in real-time. A customer opinion is attached to the interactive broadcasting through the telephone, a message, the bulletin board, chatting, an email, and a postal mail. Recognition is continuously increased by increasing broadcasting time with rediffusion of broadcasted contents. |
