FIELD: rolled stock production, possibly rolling of asymmetrical shapes, mainly for railway roads such as double-head straps having along width necking portion with heads on ends and with under-flange space for wheel at one side. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of initial forming of shape alternatively in to closed channel type passes with heavy thickness of flanges. Shape is finally formed in leader pass at opening grooves horizontally and in finishing passes while orienting flanges of channel like piece to closed parts of said finishing passes.
