An information service method using standby time for a call reception response is provided to be capable of servicing a lot of information to a caller instead of ring-back tones which were provided to the caller, while the caller waits for a call reception response after conducting a call request. An originating terminal(20-1) requests a call. A communication network(10) demands the call to a PBX(Private Branch Exchange)(30) for the call request. The PBX(30) demands the call to a receiving terminal(20-2). The PBX(30) transmits calling tone information to the communication network(30), and the communication network(30) applies the received calling tone information to the originating terminal(20-1). |
