A system for processing RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) data is provided to enable a mobile terminal to filter tag data read in an RFID reader and transfer the filtered tag data to an upper application by allowing a user to set filter information. The RFID reader(210) recognizes RFID tag data. A filtering module filters the tag data recognized through the RFID reader. A connection information server module obtains connection information for connecting to the second server by connecting to the first server according to a filtering result of the tag data. The connection information is address information for loading content by using an EPC(Electronic Product Code) code or an object ID included in an RFID tag. The first server is an object directory server based on a structure for mapping an address of a content server to each object ID.
