Each leg (12, 12') is configured with at least one breaking joint (15, 21) intended to break off at a predetermined point in the vicinity of the foundation (17) when subjected to an impact caused by a vehicle colliding with the frame, and to pivot away in the vertical plane, in order to void detrimental damage to the vehicles and persons involved, and in order to prevent the transom (13) to fall down. |
