METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING COMMON TRANSPORT CHANNEL FOR MBMS

A common transport channel setup method for an MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) is provided to be capable of servicing a new mechanism that notifies a node B and a UE(User Equipment) of reconfiguration of a common transport channel, thus several MBMSs can be multiplexed. An RNC(Radio Network Controller) reconfigures a common transport channel, and notifies a node B and a UE of a designated activation time. The node B reconfigures the common transport channel and a physical channel, and activates the reconfigured channels at the designated time. The UE configures the common transport channel, and activates the configured channel at the designated time.
