FIELD: gas analysis, possible use for determining micro-traces of hazardous substances - explosives, drugs, toxic substances, etc, on the surface of documents during passage of checkpoints in airports, railroad stations, exhibitions, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for detecting traces of hazardous substances on surfaces of objects during inspection contains device for inlet of object being examined, heater and gas analyzer, connected to output of device for inlet of object being examined. As object being examined, surface of document presented for control is used. Device is additionally provided with air cleaning filter, and as gas analyzer, ion mobility increment spectrometer is used, while output of aforementioned ion mobility increment spectrometer is connected to input of filter through air loss activator, and input of device for inlet of object being examined and input of ion mobility increment spectrometer are connected to output of filter, also, heater is positioned directly above the surface of document, and device for inlet of object being examined is made in form of hermetic chamber, protecting surface of document being checked from external atmosphere. ^ EFFECT: increased sensitivity of detection of traces of hazardous substances, improved rhythm of control procedure. ^ 1 dwg |
