A power transmission device of a vehicle is provided to protect a transmission by operating a hydraulic motor with a hydraulic pump receiving power of an engine and moving the vehicle with transmitting power from the hydraulic motor to a rear wheel driving shaft. A power transmission device of the vehicle includes a driven unit(110) engaged with a rear wheel(100) and provided with a driven gear receiving power from a hydraulic pump(105) with a joint transmitting power to the rear wheel, a hydraulic unit(120) having a driving gear engaged with the driven gear of the driven unit by sliding and a hydraulic motor(125) operated by the hydraulic pump, and a transmission unit engaging the driving gear with the driven gear by pressing and sliding the driving gear. The hydraulic unit has an extension shaft combined with a shaft of the hydraulic motor and the driving gear, a main bearing supporting an assembling portion of the extension shaft and the shaft of the hydraulic motor, a bearing housing fixing the main bearing, an auxiliary bearing supporting an end of the extension shaft, an auxiliary housing in which the auxiliary bearing is installed, and a housing protecting the main bearing and the auxiliary bearing.
