FIELD: mechanical engineering; body cleaning facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device for cleaning dumpcar bodies contains intake hopper 1, rail track 2 for train of dumpcars 3, and bridge crane 4 with lifting mechanism arranged over intake hopper and track. Drum winch is arranged on upper edge of intake hopper at side opposite to track. Boom in form of bellcrank is hinge-mounted in middle part of span of bridge crane. Scraper is secured on lower end of boom to handle rock in dumpcar body. Upper end of boom is mechanically connected with counterweight 17 by flexible member through deflecting sheave, counterweight being arranged at side of intake hopper opposite to track. Boom is installed for engagement with its turning stop secured on bridge of crane, and scraper is provided with stop for engagement with lower side of boom. Scraper is connected by wire rope traction member of which installed for turning in horizontal plane relative to vertical axis. ^ EFFECT: provision of complete emptying of dumcar body at transportation of sticky rock. ^ 1 dwg
