An agitator mill is provided to avoid the grinding-stock shooting flow and achieve the milled material with a particle size of uniform distribution, as well as to prevent an auxiliary milling body from being settled to an inside wall of a rotor. The agitator mill comprises: a cylindrical milling container(2); a stand, to which the cylindrical milling container(2) is attached; an electric driving motor, received in the stand; one V-belt pulley; an axis(6); the other V-belt pulley, driven by the one V-belt pulley in a rotatable manner; a milling chamber, encompassed by the milling container(2); an outer cylindrical casing(10); an inner cylindrical wall(9), surrounded by the outer cylindrical casing(10); a cooling chamber(11), arranged between the inner cylindrical wall(9) and the outer cylindrical casing(10); and a circular base plate(12), connected to the milling container(2) by a screw(13), and hermetically sealing a base of the milling chamber.
