A pipe system for cold and hot water using one supply pipe is provided to reduce cost and working time and improve the productivity by mounting a mixing unit having cold and hot water pipes. A pipe system for cold and hot water using one supply pipe is composed of a boiler(10) supplying hot and cold water; a mixing unit(20) where the cold and hot water of the boiler is flowed and mixed at a proper temperature; a control unit(30) controlling the mixing unit; an input unit(40) transferring the desired temperature of the by a user to the control unit; a usable faucet(50) of a washing faucet, a bathing faucet, and a cleaning faucet; and one supply pipe(60) connecting the usable faucet and the mixing unit to supply the water properly mixed through the mixing unit to the usable faucet. The mixing unit has cold and hot water pipes(11,12).
