MATERIALS HAVING SOUND-PROOF, INCOMBUSTIBILITY AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

Soundproof and fireproof interior construction materials are provided to have environment-friendly effect by preventing the formation of harmful substances and poisonous gas at or after construction by using natural materials. Soundproof and fireproof interior construction materials contain: a base plate(1) manufactured with a magnesium oxide disk and provided with many sound absorbing holes(3) to absorb sound effectively; a surface member layer(7) attached to the top of the base plate to have soundproof and fireproof effects and to improve in appearance and composed of 25~35 weight percent starch, 1~1.5 weight percent polyethylene oxide, 1~1.5 weight percent sorbic acid, 3~7 weight percent cellulose ethane, 25~30 weight percent ammonium phosphate monobasic and 25~30 weight percent ammonium phosphate dibasic of 100 weight percent chips or powder of cotton yarn, chaff, straw and cork; and a sound absorber layer(5) formed between the base plate and the surface member layer and composed of 25~35 weight percent starch, 1~1.5 weight percent polyethylene oxide, 1~1.5 weight percent sorbic acid, 3~7 weight percent cellulose, 25~30 weight percent ammonium phosphate monobasic and 25~30 weight percent ammonium phosphate dibasic of 100 weight percent paper cellulose.
