A jig apparatus for a graphite sheet is provided to improve the productivity and to reduce the manufacturing cost by using a first compression plate or a second compression jig and removing the crack due to the contact resistance. A jig apparatus for a graphite sheet comprises a lathe bed(10) combined with a vacuum pipe(11) and a vacuum disruption valve(12) at one side of the lathe and formed with a first absorption hole(14) bored at the upper surface and a first vacuum path(15) extended at the upper surface of the first absorption hole; a vacuum plate(20) overlapped at the upper part of the lathe bed and formed with a second absorption hole(21) corresponded with the first absorption hole, fixing holes(22) formed at the four edges, and a second vacuum path(23) extended at the upper surface of the second absorption hole; and a compression plate(30) overlapped at the upper part of the vacuum plate and formed with a third absorption hole(31) corresponded to the second absorption hole, fixing grooves formed at four edges, a third vacuum path(33) extended at the upper surface of the third absorption hole, and a stop pin(34) projected from the edge of the vacuum plate to the upper side. The vacuum plate is combined by a bolt inserted in a fixing hole(22), and the compression plate is combined by fitting four center fixing pins(27) into the fixing grooves.
