A system for offering online employment information is provided to update employment information by periodically detecting the source change of a company website and inform a user of the obtained information through a messenger. The system comprises an employment information searching module(100) and a messenger managing module(200). The employment information searching module includes a company information database(110) extracting and collecting source for employment notification inserted into a specific webpage of the company website(20) provided from each company, a source change detector(120) extracting the source change by comparing the company information database with the source of the searched webpage, and a filter(150) classifying the sources discriminated in the source change detector and storing the classified sources to a new employment database. The messenger managing module includes an employment information requestor(210) transmitting the employment information of the filter to the user operating a messenger program(30) in real-time.
