<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a person from being locked up in a vehicle cabin, which results from remote operation of an in-vehicle device in response to a demand for closing a vehicle door. <P>SOLUTION: In a remote controller remotely controlling the in-vehicle device in response to the demand for operation of the in-vehicle device from an operation terminal to the vehicle by a vehicle user's operation of the operation terminal, after the ignition of the vehicle is turned off, the vehicle occupant gets out of the vehicle, the vehicle user is informed of the operational failure of a vehicle-door locking or of window closing, and then opening/closing state of the vehicle door is changed, the remote control of the in-vehicle device for demanding the vehicle-door locking or window closing is prohibited thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
