PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a session between information processors related to an IP telephone.

SOLUTION: An information processor (100) stores respective IP addresses of first and second IP telephones (20 and 70) and first and second information processors (30-44 and 80-94). When receiving from the first IP telephone a message requesting session establishment with the second IP telephone, the information processor uses the IP address of the second IP telephone to transmit a message requesting session establishment with the first IP telephone to the second IP telephone and establishes a session between the first IP telephone and the second IP telephone. When the session is established between the first and the second IP telephones, the information processor uses the IP address of the first information processor to notify the first information processor of the IP address (643) of the second information processor (642) and uses the IP address of the second information processor to notify the second information processor of the IP address (645) of the first information processor (644).
