<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system and a wireless communication apparatus capable of realizing a keyless entry system with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A first wireless communication apparatus 1 transmits a first wireless signal, a second wireless communication apparatus 2 receives the first wireless signal, the second wireless communication apparatus 2 measures the signal strength of the first wireless signal, the second wireless communication apparatus 2 transmits a second wireless signal including the signal strength measured by a signal strength measurement section, the first wireless communication apparatus 1 receives the second wireless signal, the first wireless communication apparatus 1 stores a threshold set by each vehicle on which the first wireless communication apparatus 1 is installed, and compares the signal strength included in the received second wireless signal with the threshold to determine a distance between the first wireless communication apparatus 1 and the second wireless communication apparatus 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
