PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of evaluating the quality of an iron-containing food such as fish red flesh simply and quickly with high sensitivity and excellent reproducibility. SOLUTION: In this analysis method of iron by chemiluminescence of a sample including iron, an iron-including sample is mixed with hydrogen peroxide to generate chemiluminescence, and iron included in the sample is detected and determined based on a change with time of the intensity of the generated chemiluminescence.
