PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently measure coaxiality using a coaxiality measuring device having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The coaxiality measuring device 10 comprises a shaft member 11, a holder 13, a measuring instrument 14, and the like. A reference shaft 12 used as a reference outer diameter is disposed at the lower end of the shaft member 11, and is engaged with the whole length inside a guide hole 4a of a balm stem holder 4. The whole circumference of a contact end face section 4b is brought into contact with a stage section 16 at the upper end of the reference shaft 12. The measuring instrument 14 is disposed in the holder 13, its gauge head 15 is brought into contact with a face surface 3a of an intake valve seat 3, and in this state the whole body is turned once about a reference axial line C3 and the coaxiality is measured.
