PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detector of a multisensor signal capable of detecting the abnormality of the detection signal acquired by a multisensor constituted of a plurality of sensors, and an abnormality detecting method using it. SOLUTION: In a process (1), standardization processing for adjusting the signal of a standard factor to a predetermined value is performed and, in a process (2), the uniform component signal between the sensors of the prescribed factor signals acquired by all of the sensors subjected to standardization processing is calculated and the calculated uniform component signal is removed from the respective detection signals subjected to the standardization processing. In a process (3), abnormality is detected by checking whether there is a singular value in the prescribed factor signal acquired by all of the sensors subjected to the uniform component signal removing processing. By the above-mentioned processings, the abnormality of the multisensor signal, which is not captured heretofore as a relatively small change with respect to a standard sinal to be overlooked, can be detected certainly.
