PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant panel and its execution method, excellent not only in fire-resistance performance but also in sound insulation and workability. SOLUTION: The fire-proof panel is composed in such a way that a gypsum hardened body 3 containing air bubbles during kneading time is superposed between a face material 1 and a face material 1 in a sandwich-manner and furthermore a buffer material 2 made of a resin foam body containing air bubbles inside between the face material 1 and the gypsum hardened body 3. The core material is formed of the gypsum hardened body 3 in a block shape. A male connecting part 5 formed by projecting a wood crosspiece outward from the face material 1 and a female connecting part 6 are engaged so as to connect joint portions around the face material 1.
