PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block pavement which maintains surface smoothness and enhances durability by efficiently absorbing the expansion and contraction of a wooden block which is lightweight and excellent in constructibility, can improve walkability by virtue of resistance to slip, and enables the effective utilization of thinnings. SOLUTION: This block pavement comprises a wooden block layer which is laid in such a manner that an interval is provided around the wooden block by arranging a spacer, and a paving material which is infilled into an interval around the wooden block of the wooden block layer.
